Pork

Our pork is free range on pasture but not 100% grass fed.  Their diet consists of grass, dirt/sod (their favorite!), grain, fruit & vegetable scraps and of course water. 

We are very happy to report that our pork is now processed at Purdy and Son's in Sherburne, NY and they DO NOT use nitrates.
